On December 15, the grand opening of the 4th Sino-Russian Transport University Presidents Forum sponsored by Chang’an University was held in Xi’an. Presidentsat home and abroad gathered together to discuss and research how to better cultivate the international talents in transport universities, which filled the chilly city within a spring-like warmth.

Recently, XRVTI not only participated the Sino-Russian Union of Transport UniversityPresidents as the founding member unit, but also hosted the visits of the delegations from domestic and foreign universities and institutes to keep boosting the achievement of the union aims.

President Tian delivered a keynote speech titled Following the trend, lay a solid foundation, build aninternational talents training pool, which let more foreign peers know about XRVTI and promoted its mutual trust and win-win cooperation concept.
