On December 26, relying on the project of the Belt and Road applied talent training base, Pakistan Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Department of Higher Education and XRVTI signed a memorandum on China-Pakistan joint training of the professional talents for nations alongside the Belt and Road.

  A delegation of Pakistan Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Department of Higher Education led by the department director’s special assistant visited the training base of the School of Traction Power, student apartments, and dining center, and expressed great satisfaction with thefacilities and runninglevels of XRVTI.

  President Tian Heping, vice president An Xuewu and Zhao Liujie attended the signing ceremony. Two parties made in-depth and detailed communication on carrying on the joint training mode of the vocational personnel and working together to build an applied talents training system including Chinese learning, training in Chinaand practical trainingand authorization of professional qualification. They also had high expectation for the future cooperation.

  The memorandum showed XRVTI was an active and sustained supporter of the Belt and Road initiative. XRVTI will strengthen the China-Pakistan exchanges on vocational education, train local modern applied talents with vocational technique, serve the Belt and Road construction, and have the positive function in building the China-Pakistan Economic Corridorin an all-round way. Both sides will continue to deepen the major communication and strive to launch the cooperative projects as soon as possible.
