On April 21st, 2018, “the Belt and Road Initiatives” China-Thai Vocational Education Cooperation Seminar was held in Beijing with 14 Thai vocational colleges and more than 70 domestic vocational colleges. The meeting was guided by the China Vocational Education Foreign Cooperation Alliance and the Thai Vocational Education Committee, and hosted by Beijing Jiaotong University, aimed at the fields of rail transit, modern agriculture, logistics and tourism.

  On behalf of the institute, Vice President Zhao Liujie signed a cooperation agreement with Beijing Jiaotong University to train the international students along the “the Belt and Road Initiatives” and to open a special channel to degree learning. At the same time, signed a cooperation agreement with Bangkok Vocational Education Center of Thailand, Donmuang Technical College of Thailand and Beijing Tangfeng Chinese Education Technology Co. Ltd. ,to promote our overseas school-running and enroll the international students to work in China. This project, as a project of this conference, has received enthusiastic attention from the Chinese and Thai participating universities.

  Beijing Jiaotong University will be invited to Xi'an for the unveiling ceremony of “the joint training base for foreign students of Beijing Jiaotong University”. Subsequently, “China-Thai International College” and “Thai-China International College” will also be unveiled in our institute and Donmuang Technical College in Bangkok. We will jointly promote the process of education internationalization.
